The bed was comfortable, and the windows opened to a picturesque cobblestone street. Breakfast offered a broad range of options, we started the day well. The hotel is conveniently located.
The air conditioning was ineffective during a hot week.

Decent base for discovering Colmar with competent and affable staff who did n't even care about my request. Very clean bed in the suite, plus a mini fridge bar, a personal safe, and climate control. Big size private bathroom. Location really close to all the main attractions in the Old Town:)))

I loved professional and amicable employees!
i found the hotel's location convenient, adjacent to the "little venice " canals, areas on the map that are free to park and france.

Loved our spacious room overlooking the canal, it felt cozy and private. Super nice team and even brought a treat for our dog! Breakfast had a good selection, but a bit slow on refills during peak times. A great stay!

Charming stay by the canal
Waking up to the soothing view of the canal was a highlight. The spacious suite was decorated with charm, and the staff offered personalized service.
The breakfast options were decent but nothing really good, leaving me longing for more variety.

Charming architecture in a historic building.
Our experience started poorly as the room we booked was not available and we had to navigate through confusing access points to reach the check-in area. The lack of tea-making facilities was disappointing, especially for a hotel at this price range.

The hotel was nicely renovated and unique, it had excellent staff who did n't even care about my request. My rooms were brand-new and beautifully maintained with a big bathroom and a large shower, for instance. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from House of Heads. The area was peaceful just next door to the canal and the covered market, lovely bars, and the covered market...

The location is perfect, but the mattress felt cheap and hard. Enjoyed the bicycle rental nearby for exploring Colmar.

superb access to colmar's charming attractions and eateries
The hotel has spacious suites and is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town were great, both just around a 10-minute walk away, while also enjoying cozy cafes and restaurants like Cafe de la Lauch and JY's within a few steps. For anyone who enjoys discovering a city on foot, this place really delivers!

The room, being at street level, turned into a dungeonesque nightmare with no chance to open windows due to constant, ugh, pedestrian noise. Expected a complimentary wine or something for the price of €750 but no, didn't even receive a decent coffee maker. Almost left a good review but just couldn't, feel, totally deflated.

Group suitable base
The location is fantastic, easy walk to everything we wanted to see. And the staff, very friendly and willing to help, what more can you ask for?
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what you get.

This was a fitting option for a weekend excursion in Colmar with very nice value for money. The gentleman at the reception was super helpful when we needed directions and called around to find us a restaurant that was still open late. If you're arriving late, check ahead for dining options as many close early.
